The GPA report “Holding On: Security of Tenure – Types, Policies, Practices and Challenges” which was commissioned by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Adequate Housing, was formally approved in February, 2013. The report was prepared by Geoff Payne and Alain Durand-Lasserve and revised following its presentation at an Expert Group Meeting in Geneva in October, 2012.
