Geoff was commissioned to undertake the mid-term review of a national sites and services housing programme in Namibia being funded by the German development bank KfW and being implemented by Development Workshop Namibia. Geoff was in Namibia between 02-11 March and visited five towns during which he had meetings with project staff,  beneficiaries and local town councils, as well as the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development. He will submit his report during April 2025.
